Yes. WooCommerce must be installed and active.
Do I need a paid AI account?
No. Free-tier keys from Google Gemini or Groq work. OpenAI and Claude require accounts with those providers.
Does ThemeVix receive my store data?
No. Data stays on your WordPress site except for services you configure (AI providers, CRM, channels, etc.)
Can guests look up orders?
Yes, with order number and matching billing email. Lookups are rate-limited.
What happens if I uninstall?
Plugin settings, custom database tables, knowledge-base uploads, and related data are removed.
Is Google Fonts loaded by default?
No. Google Fonts are off unless you enable them in Appearance settings.
